Teaching Packet Preferences
Upon receipt of your contact
information, I will send you a Word file which includes a fee
schedule, sample contract, and other information useful for program
committees. I can also send a PDF file with program descriptions
and photos, and a bio. This file may be easier to print out than
web pages, and the photos are at a higher resolution. It is a
1.3 MB file and will open with Acrobat Reader (free software-
if you don't have it, see the "Cool Stuff" page for
a link.) If you prefer not to receive a large attachment, I can
send a link for downloading the file, and links to web pages
containing this information.
